Our vision is to foster a world where mind and body wellness are deeply interconnected and accessible to all. We believe true well-being stems from nurturing both mental clarity and physical vitality, empowering individuals to live with balance, resilience and purpose. By promoting holistic practices, compassionate support and evidence-based approaches, we aim to create an environment where people thrive. Through this collaborative vision, we seek to inspire lasting wellness and a deeper connection to self and community.
Manifest & Flow
Feb 13, 20 & March 6th
430pm
Align your body. Clarify your vision. Become what you desire.
Manifest & Flow is a 3-week workshop series combining slow Vinyasa yoga, guided meditation and inner work to help you reconnect with yourself and consciously create what you want to call into your life.
Each 90-minute workshop offers a safe, inclusive and supportive space, open to everyone — no experience with manifestation, yoga or inner work required. This is not about “forcing” anything to happen, but about gently aligning your body, mind and energy so your intentions can unfold naturally.
Each session is divided into:
• 45 minutes of mindful movement to ground the body and regulate the nervous system
• 45 minutes of inner work (meditation, journaling, creative practices and practical tools)
Over three Fridays, you’ll be guided to:
• gain clarity on your desires
• embody the version of you who already lives them
• release what no longer serves you and make space for new possibilities
This series is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your intuition — while leaving with concrete tools you can integrate into daily life.
Come as you are. Everything you need is already within you.

Sound Bath
April- details coming soon
A gong bath is an ancient form of sound healing that is re-emerging as more people experience the powerful effects of intentional sound and vibration on the body and mind.
During the session, participants rest comfortably while the resonant tones of the symphonic gong and other instruments - including hand-pounded Himalayan singing bowls, voice, shamanic drum, and tongue drum — wash over and through the body, guiding them into deep relaxation. The experience is gently guided by Jessica Kerr, certified Sound Therapist and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher with over a decade of experience holding space for healing and transformation through sound.
This immersive sound experience can help reduce stress and tension, support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and bring the mind and body back into balance. Many participants experience mental clarity, a meditative state, and a renewed sense of well-being that continues long after the session ends.

Meet Abbey
After completing a 200 hour training with Soma Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, Abbey's yoga practice has allowed her to expand her own mindfulness, strength, and flexibility both on and off the mat. She is establishing herself as a caring, patient and passionate yoga instructor teaching classes with a focus on breathwork and therapeutics to students of all ages and abilities. As a practicing Registered Nurse with an expanded knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she is able to incorporate this into asana and pranayama practices. Abbey seeks to nurture mind, body, and soul wellness with her yoga teachings so that students step on the mat balanced and refreshed, taking teachings into everyday life.
